I’ve noticed that the voice is all about visibility. It shows up most when something feels exposed or public, not necessarily when it’s hard. It always hits me right before pitches, ugh! Also agree that most people are too busy dealing with their own stuff to actually be evaluating you that closely. The tech bros have their own shit going on. It just doesn’t feel that way in your head when it’s happening.

That's a smart way to go about it. Finding the root cause so you can address it directly instead of just treating the symptoms.
